Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ze777 ("ze777", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing all access to and use of the ze777 website located at ze777.games, and all associated services, products, software, games, features, and content made available through the platform.

By registering an account on ze777, accessing any game or service on the platform, making a deposit, or otherwise using the ze777 platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. Eligibility

Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on ze777, you are required to register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one ze777 account only. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared device, shared IP address, or any other method — is strictly prohibited. If ze777 identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be suspended, all bonuses credited to those accounts will be voided, and any balance in the duplicate accounts may be confiscated pending investigation.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

4.1 Deposits

Deposits to your ze777 PKR wallet are credited instantly upon confirmed receipt of funds from your selected payment channel. The minimum deposit amount is Rs500. ze777 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name — ze777 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by ze777 within the timeframes stated on the platform, subject to identity verification being complete and no pending bonus wagering requirements outstanding on your account. Withdrawals are credited to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements. ze777 reserves the right to request additional verification documents prior to processing any withdrawal. 4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

ze777 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies in compliance with international gaming licensing standards. ze777 reserves the right to investigate any transaction that it suspects may be related to money laundering, fraud, or any other illicit activity. Where suspicious activity is identified, ze777 may freeze the relevant account, delay the processing of withdrawals, and report the activity to the appropriate authorities. 4.4 Currency

All balances, deposits, bonuses, winnings, and withdrawals on ze777 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ze777 does not apply currency conversion charges to PKR transactions. Any currency conversion that may occur at the payment provider level is outside ze777's control and is the sole responsibility of the player.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

Platform Rules & Fair Play

Prohibited Conduct

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ze777 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any unauthorised use of ze777's intellectual property may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

• ze777's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the ze777 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their ze777 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit ze777's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by ze777's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Responsible Gaming

• Opening of duplicate accounts in violation of the single account policy.

Upon termination of a player account for breach of these Terms, ze777 reserves the right to void any outstanding bonus balance and withhold any winnings derived from bonus play pending investigation. Any confirmed real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings under investigation) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following the completion of any required investigation, subject to applicable legal obligations.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
